I’m not going to air a lot dirty laundry here or anything like that but I will be talking about ‘God’. I’m not talking about any ‘God’ from the bible or Koran or whatever other book. I’m talking about that divine connection that I’m convinced flows through our DNA. I think DNA contains more than just information on what we look like, but the combined experience of all things visual and invisible, and that it’s something we can tap into.

If we’re aware of this ‘Source’ of information, then it speaks to us through our intuition. That for me is God. And that’s why I’m fasting now. I’ve been told that the soul expresses itself best through a healthy body, and that’s why I think fasting clears up my spiritual pathways, sharpens my intuition and helps me make better decisions. And now is the time I need it more than ever before. I just thought of this now…but I think a lot of things run in 7 year cycles, and the 7-year anniversary of my exodus to the UK is approaching. Something big is going to happen, I can feel it.
